About this role:

Momentic is the most advanced AI platform for automated software testing. Test automation is typically slow, brittle, and resource-intensive. Momentic’s AI-powered platform drastically reduces the time and complexity of end-to-end testing, empowering engineers to focus on what they do best — building. We're already accelerating engineering teams at some of the fastest-growing companies in the world - including Quora, Retool, Podium, Chegg, Runway, and many more.

We’re currently a team of six, looking to hire a founding member of our Sales Team. In this role you will own deals of all sizes, driving them from initial outreach to close with a focus on hitting revenue goals. You'll play a pivotal role in building our GTM motion — from creating sales enablement materials to developing outbound strategies, refining tooling, and even supporting marketing efforts. In this role, you will:

  • Own deals of all sizes from outreach to close, building trust with technical stakeholders (engineering teams, QA teams, CTOs), and experimenting with new sales motions.
  • Act as an advocate for prospects and customers. We’re building fast, you’ll have a hand in what we build and when based on your expertise and critical understanding of our users.
  • Work closely with the founders to shape our sales strategy, product roadmap, and overall growth trajectory.
  • Manage a large volume of deals.
  • Create foundational GTM materials (sales enablement materials, slides, positioning, etc.)

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to:

  • Have 8+ year’s experience in early-stage sales/GTM
  • Be comfortable running outbound sequences, hopping on technical demos, and experimenting with new sales motions.
  • Have a track record of selling technically complex products to developers or engineering leaders.
  • Consistently hit revenue targets, rapidly qualify and close deals, and contribute to building a repeatable, scalable GTM process.
  • Balance long-term positioning with short-term revenue goals.
  • Have a high sense of agency and accountability; prioritize your work without much outside input.
  • Be eager to experiment, iterate, and fail fast in pursuit of a repeatable sales process.
  • Be based in San Francisco and able to work regularly from our FiDi office.

Not required, but your application will stand out if:

  • You have experience selling into upper mid-market and enterprise (B2B SaaS)
