Insa is a software engineer, vegetarian and avid animal lover from Germany. After five years at Boston Consulting Group, she was appointed a director for next generation technologies at Merck – a pioneer in the cultured meat industry. In her spare time, Insa loves coding, climbing, and beekeeping.
Jochen is a former postdoc at Harvard University and professor at Johns Hopkins University. Jochen is the co-inventor of eight patents, published over 20 scientific articles including Nature, and won several international awards.
