As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will work closely with a hiring managers including the founders in a fast-paced tech organization. The Recruiting Coordinator is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships, providing candidates with their first impression. The ideal candidate is an organizational rockstar that can work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates. This person should have great verbal and written communication skills, be able to shift gears at a moment's notice, and enjoys working at a fast pace.

Responsibilities:

Source top talent for key roles and word directly with leadership at the company Partner with hiring managers and interviewers to schedule all aspects of the recruiting process: phone screens, onsite interviews, working sessions, etc. Communicate interview details to candidates, ensuring that they have all necessary information. Update candidate records and job postings in the Applicant Tracking System. Act as the first and primary point of contact on day-of-interview for both the candidate and interviewers, professionally handling all scheduling changes and any other glitches that occur. Coordinate scheduling of post-interview debrief meetings and provide debrief materials. Go above and beyond to ensure an exceptional experience for all candidates. Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email. Work with leadership on hiring plan and draft job descriptions. Provide a first screen on job applications Post jobs on job boards. Qualifications:

​Previous ​experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or similar role. Passion and energy level to support multitasking in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail and follow-up. Experience working with multiple recruiters and hiring managers, oftentimes with 15-30+ open requisitions. Familiarity working with an Applicant Tracking System and electronic signature software. ​Tech-savvy and able to learn new software quickly. Excellent verbal, written, customer service and organizational skills. Integrity while handling confidential information.
