About the role
What You’ll Do
As a Growth & Marketing intern at Mosaic, you’ll own the strategy and execution behind how we reach, convert, and retain our users. You’ll design and run growth experiments across multiple channels, refine messaging and positioning, and build the foundation for scalable marketing systems that drive both product adoption and brand awareness.
This is a hands-on role. You’ll be setting strategy one day and writing copy, analyzing funnels, or launching campaigns the next. You’ll collaborate closely with the founders and product team to shape Mosaic’s growth loops, pricing, and go-to-market strategy as we scale from early traction to mass adoption.
What We’re Looking For
If you’re a full-stack growth marketer who thrives on experimentation and momentum, you’ll fit right in. We’re looking for someone with:
- Experience driving growth at an early-stage SaaS or creator-focused startup
- A strong grasp of acquisition, activation, and retention metrics
- Experience across multiple marketing channels — paid, content, community, and partnerships
- Comfort using data and analytics tools to inform decisions
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- The ability to move quickly, learn fast, and operate independently
About Mosaic
Mosaic is an agentic video editing paradigm. It enables anyone to create and run their own multimodal video editing agents in a node-based canvas. Once created, Mosaic's AI agents can run edits on autopilot, be reused across video projects, and self-improve over time.
Our initial prototype of Mosaic won the $25,000 grand prize for 1st place out of 6,400 entrants in the Google Gemini Kaggle competition. Mosaic was also the winner of the SaaStr AI Pitch competition out of hundreds of other AI startups.
We are a highly technical team of ex-Tesla engineers and are looking for technical and high agency engineers to join us on our mission to build an agentic video editor.
