
Manage energy cost & usage with AI for facility & sustainability teams
About the role
As the first GTM team member, you will help lead our outbound sales motion – everything from generating leads to cold calling to taking demos to negotiating clients. You’ll continuously refine the process, help write the playbook, and eventually scale a sales team. You’ll also collaborate with the eng team to shape the product roadmap to fill gaps for the next X clients.
This role is for ambitious and hungry SDRs / AEs who have what it takes to become a powerhouse. We reward positive performance aggressively. You’ll have a 1 year fast-pass to becoming sales manager / senior AE.
Qualifications
Compensation: 200k-250k OTE with equity.
Location: In person San Francisco preferred. The team averages 50-60 hours a week in person.
