We are looking for an agendesk app developer, Who can work on Zendesk/Freshdesk/Zoho App development framework. Who can work along with the cs team for Product enhancement? Who can focus majorly on the Zendesk App ecosystems, such as Freshdesk, Zoho, and similar implementations?

Responsibilities :

  • Experience in building solutions in the Zendesk platform with the ZAF framework.
  • Configure, maintain and restructure the Zendesk infrastructure for multiple entities inside Netomi to ensure it is constantly optimized for our teams and customers.
  • Integration of different applications with the Zendesk platform.
  • Maintain an expert-level understanding of all Zendesk features, enhancements, changes, and releases
  • Support ticket automation efforts creating effective workflows in Zendesk.
  • Zendesk's advanced administration experience is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Developer tools including Freshdesk apps, Zoho Apps, and APIs is a plus.
  • Proven ability to understand business processes and translate business requirements into application functionality.

Primary skills needed for the role:

  • Maintain an expert-level understanding of all Zendesk features, enhancements, changes, app development(ZAF framework), and releases.
  • Working knowledge of Developer tools including Zendesk apps and APIs
  • Experience in javascript, HTML, and CSS for maintaining custom Zendesk App.
  • Able to solve Zendesk technical issues.
