We’ve currently been expanding our presence by challenging established companies and achieving organic growth through the sheer satisfaction of our clients, who willingly advocate for us without any solicitation. Building brand awareness plays a pivotal role in our overall growth strategy.

Job Description:

The Head of Growth at Oneleet is a strategic leadership position responsible for defining and managing the entire customer lifecycle while also driving revenue, customer acquisition, and overall business growth.

This role requires a hands-on approach and entrepreneurial mindset. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and thrive on the challenges and opportunities that come with scaling a startup.

Key Responsibilities:

Growth Strategy Development and Execution:

  • Develop and execute a growth strategy tailored to the unique needs and goals of an early-stage startup
  • Conduct market research, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel lead generation campaigns
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish metrics-driven processes to measure and track progress

Customer Acquisition and Retention:

  • Oversee customer acquisition efforts
  • Implement strategies to optimize customer retention, engagement, and CLTV
  • Analyze customer behavior and feedback to inform product development and feature enhancements

Revenue Generation:

  • Drive revenue growth through innovation
  • Develop and manage monetization strategies for both new and existing products/services
  • Continuously refine and iterate on revenue generation tactics to maximize profitability

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Utilize data analytics to gain insights, make informed decisions, and optimize growth strategies
  • Implement and manage analytics tools and reporting systems to track KPIs and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Drive a culture of data-driven decision-making within the growth team and across the company

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage the growth budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI
  • Monitor and optimize customer acquisition costs (CAC) and other financial metrics to ensure profitability

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Work closely with the CEO and executive team to align growth strategies with overall business goals and objectives
  • Communicate growth initiatives, progress and results to internal teams, board and investors

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role, ideally within a fast-growing startup environment (Experience in the cybersecurity industry is plus)
  • Extensive expertise in B2B marketing strategies and tactics, demonstrated by a proven ability to effectively lead demand generation initiatives and surpass revenue targets
  • Experience with marketing automation and email delivery platforms, CRM systems, prospecting tools and marketing analytics tools
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and adept at working both independently and collaboratively
