AI growth engine for law firms.

Our agents scan the web to deliver new client & cross-selling opportunities for law firm partners. Every day, our customers log onto our platform to see who to contact, why now, and what to say. Partners are trained to practice law - not to prospect, sell, and manage pipelines. We're here to help them grow while they focus on what they do best.

Previously studied CS at MIT with a minor in public policy. 2x AWS Intern. I’ve also done NLP and ML research with the Econ department and MIT GOV/LAB including work on argument extraction and policy prediction. I’ve been interested in law and public institutions for years through debate and mock trial, and I bring that context to building AI for the legal industry.

Tl;dr: We’re building AI agents that surfaces new matter opportunities for law firm partners.

The problem:

Partners at law firms spend at least 10 hours of every week trying to win new clients.

However, they’re limited to corporate contacts within their network. Firms try to help by connecting them with prospects but it’s often unclear which ones are ready to become clients.

The solution:

AI can give partners a deeper understanding of prospective clients and legal support they might need at the right time.

What we’re building:

Our agents monitor companies and regulators across the web to surface early signals that a company may soon need counsel and ways to connect with them.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Understand the partner: The agents build a profile of the partner using their practice group, previous deals, and their network.
  2. Find new matters: Then, they continually find prospective clients and potential latent legal needs using external data sources (including disclosures, product launches, customer complaints, enforcement actions, rule changes).
  3. Orchestrate outreach: Finally, they filter for potential clients the partner is well-positioned to land, and suggest tasteful ways to engage them.

Team:

We’re Kali and Jity, two friends from MIT who talked to a lot of partners and saw just how much pressure they’re in when it comes to originating work, especially as the legal space gets more competitive.

Kali → 2x AWS Intern and ML/NLP research at MIT focused on policy prediction and argument extraction. I’ve been interested in law and public institutions for years and I bring that context to building AI for the legal industry.

Jity → Experience at Meta/Jane Street, and computational astrophysics research at MIT. I'm interested in building great technical products, and have spent months learning from law firm partners to understand how they win new matters.
