About the role

Be the driving force behind Oto’s launch across America.

Oto is a clinically proven program for tinnitus – the ringing, buzzing or whooshing in the ears that can wreck sleep, concentration and mental health.

We’re Y Combinator graduates, backed by top European VC Octopus Ventures, and profitable. You’ll be our first US hire, working side-by-side with the founders to refine and execute the go-to-market playbook.

Oto Pro is our clinician-facing platform that lets clinics enrol the patients to the Oto program. Our growth model is laser-focused on building strong, recurring relationships with these clinics: when providers succeed, they drive patient adoption at scale, and that flywheel powers everything we do.

What you’ll do


  1. Grow and win providers
    • Build target lists, run cold email/LinkedIn/phone outreach, and demo Oto Pro to audiology and ENT clinics.
    • Close deals with founder support, then own renewals and upsell.
  2. Onboard and activate clinics
    • Run slick onboarding calls and in person site visits.
    • Make sure every new clinic is enrolling patients within 30 days and sees early wins.
  3. Keep partners thriving
    • Run our provider community (newsletter, Slack/WhatsApp, webinars).
    • Gather structured feedback and feed it straight into Product.
  4. Run the commercial engine
    • Handle US operations: billing, licence reconciliation and light contract work.
    • Build simple automations to keep CRM and dashboards spotless.
  5. Shape US strategy
    • Track competitor moves and surface new growth angles.
    • Help hire and mentor the first SDR or CSM once revenue justifies it.

About you


  • 3+ years selling or managing accounts in health-tech or B2B SaaS to healthcare providers.
  • Proven hunter who can also nurture; you hit quota and manage churn.
  • Startup grit: you’re comfortable switching from a morning clinic demo to troubleshooting an automation before jumping on an evening product feedback call.
  • Hands-on with managing CRMs, sequencing tools and spreadsheets.
  • Based on the US East Coast for overlap with UK/Europe, and happy to travel regularly.

About the interview

We keep it fast, practical, and 100 % relevant to the work you’ll do: winning clinics, activating them, and shaping our US playbook.


1. Intro Call – 30 min (Founder)

A quick two-way conversation to confirm the basics:

  • why you care about health-tech and tinnitus,
  • the scope of the role, target comp, location, and travel,
  • any early questions you have about Oto, our evidence base, or plans for the US.

2. Practical Task - 60 min

We send a short brief:

  • a sample territory,
  • basic product info,
  • a target persona.

You’ll return:

  1. a 20-clinic prospect list (CSV),
  2. one cold email, one LinkedIn DM, one 90-sec voicemail script,
  3. three activation ideas for after the first prescription.

3. Interview - 60 min

This final stage is a focused, one-hour Zoom session to test real-world skills, your ability to sell Oto Pro to busy clinicians, and how you’ll fit with a fast, founder-led team. We split the hour into three conversations:

Past Experience Deep-Dive ~20 min

We’ll dig into how you build a pipeline from zero, move a clinic from first outreach to signed contract, and protect renewals. Come ready to walk us through a recent win, complete with numbers - ACV, sales cycle, and what you personally did to close the deal.

Role-Play Demo ~20 min

You’ll run the opening 10 minutes of a discovery/demo call with us acting as an ENT clinic, handle two or three common objections, and outline next steps. We’ll spend the remainder on joint feedback and hear how you’d refine your approach.

Culture & Growth Chat ~20 min

A candid conversation about ownership, context-switching, learning pace, and what you need from a team to do your best work. Think of it as a two-way fit check before we move to references and terms.

4. References & Offer

We take 1–2 references (previous manager and customer if possible). Then we move to terms. Whole cycle usually < 2 weeks; if you’re on a tight timeline, tell us and we’ll compress.
