Manage sales commissions and sales performance
IMPORTANT - for this position, we are hiring for an in-office role based in Paris, France. Please do not apply if you aren't based in Paris.
Palette is on a mission to make employees shine and being rewarded for their work and contribution to the success of their company. We make it easy for B2B companies to design, manage and optimize commission plans and built a no-code SaaS platform that connects to CRMs, billing systems, so that Finance can manage sales performance in real time.
We are backed by Bain Capital Ventures, Y Combinator, as well as independent investors including top executives of Algolia, Front, Gainsight, Airbase, and Salesloft.
We raised a seed round of $6M early 2022 and are now growing the team to improve the Product and expand sales and marketing.

Conversation with Jean, co-founder and CEO (45 min) This stage is a more informal call to get to know more about the role, and for you to evaluate whether it’s a good fit for you. We are looking for people with a strong interest in startups and software; In this chat, you’re welcome to ask lots of questions about whether working at Palette makes sense for you.
Product design discussion (45min) You'll discuss with a Senior Product Designer who is helping us on recruiting the best talents. During this meeting, we'll ask you to discuss about past projects and how you've help build meaningful products and user experiences.
Conversation with our team (45min) This is an opportunity for you to meet other people in our team and get to know who your co-workers might be (in customer success, software engineer, sales, marketing, etc..)
Wrap up chat with our CEO (30min)
