PostgreSQL & Rust Hacker

ParadeDB is building PostgreSQL for search. We're looking for a candidate with deep expertise in Postgres to join our team and contribute to building the core database product.

What we're looking for:

• Expertise with PostgreSQL
• Expertise with a systems programming language (bonus points if Rust)
• Bonus points if you're familiar with search and have explored the depth of search products

What you're looking for:

• To build with a small team on really challenging technical problems at the low-level of the data stack. We have really high expectations for ourselves, and in turn value autonomy, trust, and initiative
• To build in a new type of database for the modern data companies, using Rust and Postgres
