Paragon One (www.ParagonOne.com) is a team out of MIT that unites the world’s largest organizations with the next generation of leaders.  We partner with major brands like PwC, National Geographic, Meta, Snapchat, The Home Depot and Pfizer to create and launch Externships. Through work-based learning experiences (Externships), students from diverse and underrepresented backgrounds gain competitive skills, grow their network and launch careers. We are seeking an Enterprise Community and Events Manager who has a track record in cultivating connections, and driving effective social media content, that resonates with executives and social impact leaders within the Fortune 1000.  This role will execute our enterprise social media strategy to promote a new digital publication regarding the world of social impact, while leading our enterprise virtual events efforts.  These events consist of open and authentic conversations between Fortune 1000 social impact leaders and executives. Fortune 50 leaders within technology, finance and media routinely participate in these conversations.

Responsibilities

Community Management

  • Plan, lead and create all promotional and organic social media content targeting social impact (CSR, DEI, ESG, Branding) and C-Suite leaders within the Fortune 1000. Collaborate with Product Marketing, Content Design and Business Development to execute targeted Fortune 1000 Account Based Marketing campaigns.
  • Leverage best practices to promote, and drive persona-aligned traffic to our Social Impact Report (thought leadership publication and blog) and thought leadership event series.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of social media metrics and data analysis including the establishment of success-based KPI’s. Track best practices in social impact content marketing strategies.
  • Implement best practice enterprise community management strategy to increase favorable engagement among Fortune 1000 aligned-audience across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
  • Utilize sales qualification and business development activation approaches to creating relationships with relevant big-brand stakeholders through community engagement.
  • Create and deliver thought leadership opportunities for company leadership and the company’s Impact Report. Drive Podcast appearance opportunities (Founder).
  • Track industry trends across the Social Impact space to understand industry terminology and algorithmically optimized content to reach a highly targeted Fortune 1000 audience.
  • Maintain brand identity across all public facing stories.

Event Management & Production

  • Plan, organize and lead our enterprise online events to build community and generate sales leads among Fortune 1000 social impact (CSR, DEI, Marketing) and C-Suite leaders. 
  • Manage virtual event online registrations (Fortune 1000 personal-aligned audience), follow-up activities and communication with registrants, panelists and moderators.
  • Work with Business Development to manage the sourcing of event panelists from Fortune 1000 social impact (CSR, DEI, Marketing) and C-Suite leaders and moderators.
  • Own and manage events attendee marketing strategy across social, and any other relevant channels.
  • Identify and generate key learnings from post-event data to drive continuous improvement in event attendee and panelist engagement.
  • Closely work with marketing to realize event ROIs/KPIs, draw benchmarks to measure effectiveness.
  • Bring latest industry best practices into action through developing and implementing protocols towards hosting virtual events across multiple platforms (i.e. Zoom, LinkedIn, and more).

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in marketing and social media content development and strategy among large enterprise audiences.  Proven success in cultivating community engagement and trust among Fortune 1000 teams and leaders (management, VP and C-Suite).
  • 3+ years experience in virtual event planning and event management among Fortune 1000 professional audiences.
  • Strong success managing social media channels and maximizing results of paid and organic social media.
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite tools to complete minor design and copy edits as well as video editing software.

Compensation range is $82K - $90K plus equity
