We are looking for a strategic and entrepreneurially-minded Product Manager who brings a marketing mindset and partnership capabilities to join our fast-paced team. This role will focus on developing and building Paragon One's recruiting product.
Ideal candidates will have product management and/or management consulting experience.
We seek aspiring leaders who are passionate about solving extremely hard problems in the education-to-workforce movement.

Interview students and build relationships with stakeholders at Fortune 500 companies
Create product strategy documents and roadmap that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications plans
Run beta and pilot programs
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams
#####Skills and Experience
Grit and perseverance to tackle the hardest problems
4+ years of product management and/or management consulting experience
Strong relationship development skills with senior leadership and stakeholders
Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
Ability to connect and effectively communicate with people of all levels
Exceptional teamwork and multi-tasking skills
Strong sense of ownership and roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
Highly effective cross-functional team management
Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
Experience thriving and prioritizing in a constantly changing environment
