About the role
Paragon One (www.ParagonOne.com) is looking for HR leaders from Fortune 1000 companies for an advisory group. We are offering participants a $100 gift card for a 45 minute initial call with us. There are options from there to become more involved.
The goal of the advisory group is to:
- Provide insight and feedback on Paragon One's product.
- Provide insight and feedback on Paragon One's marketing and positioning.
- Help us better understand the pain points, motivations, and considerations of HR leaders at large organizations.

Paragon One is a team out of MIT building software that powers externships for leading brands such as Meta, PwC, National Geographic, Pfizer, HP, Cargill, and more. Externships are lightweight, flexible remote versions of internships that give students the chance to easily get professional experience on their resume while engaging with company employees. In turn, they are designed to be lighter lift experiences than internships for company employees who are busy. Our platform takes care of much of the recruiting, training, student feedback, and assessment.
We are growing 300%+ year over year with 35 professionals, and we served nearly 1,000 active students in externships last month. Our mission is to help anyone, starting with students, get professional experience while making recruiting more equitable through a focus on real work assessment with actual teams (as opposed to just colleges, grades, parent connections, and resume optimization). Paragon One is backed by YCombinator, Foundation Capital, Learn Capital, and University Ventures.
