Founding Engineer

The Role

We’re looking for a Founding Engineer to help us architect and scale the future of healthcare automation. You'll be an early technical leader, working closely with the founders to ship products end-to-end, from AI voice agents to insurance verification and EHR integrations.

This is not just a job, it’s a chance to build something meaningful from the ground up.

What You'll Do

• Own large parts of the stack: AI-driven frontend, backend infrastructure, EHR integrations
• Work directly with customers to rapidly prototype and ship solutions
• Make technical decisions with long-term impact
• Build a culture of speed, ownership, and product obsession

We’d Love If You Have

• 2+ years of experience at a fast-paced startup
• Experience with full-stack development (bonus: healthcare and real-time systems)
• Ability to move fast and thrive with ambiguity
• A builder’s mindset, you care about solving problems, not just writing code

  Final chat to ensure alignment on values, working style, and long-term vision. You'll meet both founders and get a feel for the team dynamic.
