About this role

As a Product Manager, you will be collaborating closely with engineering, design, data science and logistics teams to bring Peeba’s long term vision to life. What you’ll do:

• Help develop Peeba’s long-term product vision, goals, metrics, and strategy.
• Partner with engineering to build an actionable high-impact roadmaps
• Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science and Logistics to discover opportunities and iteratively develop smart and creative solutions
• Guide the usage of product analytics to make data-informed decisions
• Collect customer insights, design process solutions, analyze cost/benefit, deliver solutions, and communicate results throughout the organization
• Determine the metrics that define success for your products and implement tracking systems/processes for these metrics
• Communicate your findings and recommendations to various levels of management, including our co-founders

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in product or business operations at a high-growth tech startup or have worked at a top-tier management consulting firm.
• You work well cross-functionally, especially with engineering, design, and non-product partners, so you need to be familiar at a high level with engineering, product design, and product marketing.
• You are analytical, and capable of breaking down complex projects into iterative deliverables; You are resourceful, and always find a way to make things happen; You are a fast learner, and have natural curiosity and intellectual horsepower to deeply understand new topics and pick up new skills in a short time.
• Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
