ABOUT THE ROLE
Pickle is looking for exceptional founding engineers to help us build the first truly human AI clone. Real time, expressive, and persistent across voice, video, and memory, your clone becomes a digital version of you that can interact and connect without you being present. As a founding engineer, you’ll work at the edge of multimodal models, real time streaming, and identity infrastructure to bring this vision to life.
ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the macOS/iOS client in Swift/SwiftUI. Design, build, and ship meaningful updates weekly.
- Stream ultra-low-latency audio and video from our NeRF and diffusion models via WebRTC and LiveKit into virtual camera and mic drivers.
- Talk to users, read usage data, and remove friction daily to push the product to a new local maximum.
- Build a hardened, production-ready experience with auto-reconnect, silent updates, crash telemetry, and avatar onboarding in under two minutes.
- Do whatever it takes on product and in code to make greatness happen.
