Product Manager

Summary

The Product Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s product strategy to drive product growth and innovation. The position reports directly to the CEO and regularly interacts with other executive team members to ensure alignment in goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and execute the company’s product strategy with an emphasis on driving product innovation
• Identify, pursue and develop new product opportunities
• Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize product profitability
• Create and manage product goals for the team
• Establish product process, metrics and systems to optimize product efficiency
• Lead and manage a team of product and design professionals
• Stay abreast of industry trends and benchmarking to proactively identify potential new products
• Provide regular insights and reports on product performance to the executive team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years’ product and design experience in a fast-paced and high-growth environment
• Proven track record of success in driving product growth and innovation
• Demonstrated ability to manage product teams and build high-performing product organizations
• Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
