We’re an early stage startup (YC S23) with great investors and early traction. Our first customers include tech unicorns and organizations you’ll have heard of. We’ve doubled our revenue in the first three months of 2024, and are at an inflection point in our growth.

We’re a distributed team (half in SF, half in NYC) but are building our base in NYC. We believe in strong in-person collaboration and will have a New York office soon.

Our founding team combines experience from big law, big tech, and high-growth startups.

Grey is a repeat entrepreneur. He cut his teeth at GoCardless (YC S11) as employee #3, then co-founded, built and sold Dependabot (acquired by GitHub in 2019). Before Pincites he was VP of Product at GitHub.

Sona is a practiced attorney with expertise in transactional law and intellectual property. She has a background as a strategic consultant in legal tech, where she helped companies automate their internal processes for almost three years.

Mariam worked as a software engineer at Meta and as an engineer and PM at a legal tech startup before joining GitHub as a product manager for security products, where she led the secret scanning teams.
