About the role
Job Overview
Pirros is looking for an Customer Success Manager to help deliver tailored solutions for our SMB-enterprise customers. In this role, you will play a crucial part in accelerating customers' time to value from onboarding and beyond, enhance their product usage, and ensure long-term success with our SaaS platform. This position works hand in hand with and reports directly to Pirros’ Co-Founder/CEO.
Key Responsibilities
● Understand customers' business goals and workflows, and create project plans to streamline their implementation process ● Act as the main point of contact throughout the implementation/onboarding phase, managing project scope, risks, and customer expectations ● Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery ● Identify best practices and trends across implementations to enhance internal and external resources ● Configure our SaaS platform to meet and exceed customers' requirements, providing training on best practices ● Create documentation and train customers on new workflows ● Share customer insights to contribute to the improvement of our product roadmap
Qualifications
- Detail-oriented with a track record of delivering high-quality work and creating impactful solutions
- Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize concurrent projects and deadlines effectively
- Excellent at simplifying complex concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Nice to have: knowledge and experience serving the construction design, architect or structural engineering industry.

About Pirros
Pirros is the Github for Construction. Architects and engineers spend most of their time sketching blueprints and then have no way to store them. As a first step, we have built a content management system for all their blueprints with version control. The vision includes automatically suggesting and generating final blueprints based on a series of input parameters.
