Who are we looking for? 😎

We are looking for a high energy, customer and social media obsessed, high empathy person who is ready to activate and support our community of "solo service professionals"in connecting with each other and building stronger, successful businesses. You have a track record of engaging and getting users to take action FAST in a way that helps them achieve their goals and drives value for our platform.

The ideal candidate would be ready to hit the ground running on day one. You will need to make many critical decisions each day. Keep our social platforms (primarily Instagram and secondarily Facebook & YouTube) active with on brand messaging, media, and magic moments. Work with our Marketing Team and Media Lead to plan, schedule, and develop content that caters to our target audience.

You will be doing things that don't scale to test what works, measuring outcomes, pivoting early and often to ensure you crush your individual goals and contribute to the overall success of our Pro community and the company.

What will you be doing? 💻

  • Perform research on company, competitor and target audience trends
  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
  • Work with Marketing Team to set specific objectives and track performance
  • Generate, edit, schedule, publish and share engaging content daily on Instagram, Facebook and YouTube (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
  • Monitor and report weekly on social platform metrics
  • Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, media, and customer service to ensure brand consistency and responsiveness to community engagement
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
  • Organize and oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, & YouTube timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
  • Recommend, plan, and implement new content and media to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

Are there any requirements?

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Super detail oriented, organized, self-starter
  • Self-motivated with great project management abilities
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Witty, creative, compelling writer
  • Ability to source and provide feedback on creative content (text, image and video)
  • Natural sales skills (Note: Recognize that we all need to be great at sales to succeed in business and in life.)
  • Power Text-er (Question: Curious to know how many thoughtful, unique, well-researched DMs you can send in an day with limited to no typos?)
  • Comfortable using social media scheduling and management tools like Canva, SproutSocial, Hootsuite, or comparable tool
  • 2+ years experience as a community engagement, growth hacker, onboarding specialist, or content creator
  • 2+ years experience in Social Media; community management
  • Prior experience working in a fast growth startup environment
  • Most people you've worked with would put you in their top 5
  • Experience marketing SaaS tools, apps, and startups [a plus]
  • Looking for an "ALL IN" team and workplace culture
  • Communications and/or Marketing background [a plus]
  • Behavioral economics knowledge and interest [a plus]
  • Social Media analysis [a plus]
  • A/B Split Testing Paid Social Advertising [a plus]
