About the role

Pop Meals is building Asia’s leading O2O convenient food brand. Funded with over $28m by Y Combinator and leading tech investors from Silicon Valley and Asia, we revolutionise the F&B industry by using data and technology along the entire supply chain.

Your responsibilities:

  • Build a marketing machine and deliver profitable hyper growth across online and offline marketing channels

  • Lead our marketing team and be responsible for all marketing PnL and growth metrics

  • Work with C-level and board of directors on strategy, expansion and product

  • Optimise existing growth channels and continuously test new, ambitious campaigns to uncover untapped acquisition opportunities, digital, offline and through partnerships

  • Develop an integrated O2O experience for customers together with the tech & product team

  • Hire and coach a high performing marketing team

  • Use data and customer insights to guide the food R&D team to launch exciting new product lines and brands

  • Spearhead the roll-out-strategy of new cities and countries

You are:

  1. Inspiring marketing leader: proven track record of managing and building marketing teams in fast growing consumer companies

  2. Creative and never too shy to stand-out: your portfolio of previous campaigns demonstrate that you are ready to stand-out and develop effective marketing strategies

  3. Analytical and result-driven with experience in Silicon Valley-style product growth

  4. Passionate about consumer branding and positioning

  5. Strong customer focus and experienced with customer research and insight gatherings

  6. Up-to-date about the latest marketing, growth tools and marketing channels
