About the role

Hi there, we are Popl!

  • We are looking for our first Popl Enterprise Customer Success Representative. You will be working mostly with Enterprise clients that are using our platform, and work directly with our data scientists, Popl Enterprise Software Team, and customer service team. You will be assisting our Enterprise clients with customer service requests, specifically with tech support. Popl enterprise is our brand new, team based, desktop platform that provides businesses a new way to manage their companies digital business cards from one central dashboard.

Summary on Popl:

  • Popl is the next generation business card. Professionals use our NFC products + QR codes to instantly share contact info with potential clients. Our goal is to completely replace the business card with rapidly growing NFC + QR Code technology that allows our users to get more connections, more leads and more sales in a contactless, environmentally friendly way!

Product Traction

  • We’ve sold over $4 million of Popl products to customers in over 150+ countries in just 18 months! As a result, we are now sold on target.com, Amazon, Best Buy and more, and are sold in stores at Staples and Walmart. We also have 2.3M followers on TikTok (including a video with 80M views) and 120K followers on Instagram!

Software Traction

  • We launched our subscription product, Popl Pro, 9 months ago, and already have > $1M in ARR, growing 10% monthly. We launched Popl Enterprise, our dashboard application for teams, about 3 months ago and that is growing rapidly as well.

What are we Looking For:

  • A self-starter who is enthusiastic, great with people, skilled in trouble shooting, and excited to become our newest Popl Enterprise expert.
  • General customer service experience + tech support experience (not required, but tech support experience is a plus)
  • Ability to maintain daily email and text correspondence with clients as well as phone support
  • Ability to work with our SQL backend to address various user requests (training provided)
  • Ability to troubleshoot customers’ technological difficulties (customer issues can range from simple to difficult in nature). Note: adequate training will be provided for developing troubleshooting skills and team will be available to assist with complex tickets
