About the role

• Contribute to the overall product strategy

• Create delightful UX/UI for our users

• Own the design process through gathering requirements, delivering visuals, and guiding the implementation

• Work collaboratively with other teams such as product and engineering to achieve user objectives

• Conduct user research to better understand the needs of our users

• Design simple solutions, and then iterate on them based on user feedback

• Contribute to our design system

About you

• 4+ years of design experience

• You have an unreasonably high bar for design

• You put customers front and center, and you enjoy talking with them

• Highly proficient in modern interface design tools such as Figma

• Interest in developer tools, data analytics, or business intelligence
