What we're looking for

Posh is looking for an all-star founding Electrical Engineer to drive the engineering development of our innovative battery packs. You will work closely with our co-founder and CTO in making magics happen on all things electrical.

Responsibilities

• Technical subject matter expert in battery management systems (BMS)
• Develops schematics, performs PCB layout, and works with external suppliers on PCB fabrication
• Familiar with power conversion, signal processing, and embedded system
• Work closely with our vendor on creating specs and product requirements for future product lines
• Supports the design, build, and prototyping of next-generation battery packs with repurposed EV battery modules
• Familiar with various State of Health testing/monitoring methods
• Familiar with battery pack certifications and industry standards of best practice

Qualifications

• Hands-on design and prototyping skills
• 2-3 years of working experience with lithium-ion battery packs
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven record of shipping products on time and on budget
