About ProPhone

ProPhone believes that home service pros and small businesses are the backbone of the economy and have gone too long without the right technologies. We are building a communications suite to help pros grow their businesses professionally while spending less time managing customers.

ProPhone is co-founded by Nick Ornitz (CEO), Shannon Kay (CPO) and Dan Stepanov (CTO). We're a YC-backed and seed-funded startup, growing quickly! We're looking for team members who can not only help us shape our product but also shape the company itself.

⚡ What you'll do

  • Conduct direct sales effort with pros interested in ProPhone services - optimizing email campaigns, cold calls, and direct messaging
  • Gather intel from ProPhone customers and relay information to the product team to help shape the future for product development
  • Participate in Growth sprint brainstorming and planning sessions with direct ownership over initiatives
  • Work closely with both our Chief Executive Officer and Growth Manager contributing strategically to growth initiatives

🎯 What we're looking for

  • College student looking to explore entrepreneurship and what it's like to work at a startup
  • Comfort speaking with customers and representing the ProPhone team
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to address dynamic, complex problems early
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bonus credit: experience in sales, marketing or customer support
