About the Job:

We’re enabling a new type of CPG model where shopping and product experience is highly personalized. As a Senior Designer/Creative Director, you’ll join a fully remote team of product leaders, engineers, brand builders and cross functional partners including product, growth, marketing, and operations. You’ll be participating in different touch-points throughout our rebranding process and solve design problems, optimize user experience, drive growth, build brand, and bring forth personalization in a very stale CPG world. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, obsessed and passionate about digital experiences, comfortable with ambiguity, and has the ability to work in a dynamic environment. This is a highly visible role that has the opportunity to make a big impact on the business.

What You’ll Do:

  • Craft smart, compelling, on-brand, creative solutions across touchpoints.
  • Manage the creative process from concept to completion for the production of all marketing collateral, ensuring a consistent, powerful brand voice across channels and executions.
  • Act as creative project manager and work closely with other team members, including other designers, copywriter, - - Growth Marketing, Brand Marketing, and executive leadership to steward projects forward
  • Lead design and execution of email and SMS campaigns with CRM team.
  • Collaborate with agencies and marketing team on creating performance ads (e.g. Facebook/Instagram).
  • Lead 2D skincare package design & unboxing experience including bottle labels and secondary packaging such as cartons and bags to enhance the consumer experience of our products.
  • Lead design for print marketing materials including educational/informational collateral to address new product innovation and direct mail.
  • Partner with the CRM and marketing team to A/B test & identify opportunities to improve the conversion based on data-driven strategies.
  • Provide support, leadership, training and internal mentorship in design and tooling best practices to direct report(s).

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of experience as a marketing designer or creative director for startups, ecommerce, DTC brands, beauty brands, subscription models, gaming startups and similar. (8+ for Creative Director)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills: highly collaborative and inspiring, with ability to build solid working partnerships across functional groups.
  • Master of Adobe Suite and Figma.
  • Have marketing and advertising knowledge in addition to a design background.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving hyper-growth environment.
  • Can deal with ambiguity and is self-driven.
  • Able to think strategically and solve design problems creatively.
  • Consumer centric and insight driven.
  • Familiarity with video editing and UI/UX is a plus;
  • Must have a portfolio that reflects sophistication in marketing campaigns (social and print), graphic design, packaging, email marketing, etc.
