Who We Are

At R2, we believe that small and medium businesses are the productive engine of society. Small and medium businesses (SMBs) make up over 90% of companies in Latin America, yet they face a trillion-dollar credit gap. Our mission is to unlock SMBs’ potential by providing financial solutions that are tailored to their needs. We are reimagining the financial infrastructure of Latin America - where SMBs financial needs are satisfied without ever having to go to a bank.

R2 enables platforms in Latin America to embed financial services that SMBs can then leverage (starting with revenue-based financing and buy now pay later for business customers). We are a tight knit team coming from organizations such as Google, Nubank, Uber, McKinsey & Co., Mercado Libre, Globant, J.P. Morgan, Clip, and Ualá. We are backed by world-class investors such as Gradient Ventures (Google’s AI-focused fund), General Catalyst, Y Combinator, Femsa Ventures, PayU, among others.

What you’ll work on

R2 is growing rapidly, connecting with more and more partners to offer it’s white-label financing platform. We are looking for a highly-motivated, strategic thinker to help coordinate and execute growth efforts with all potential and existing partners.

As Growth Strategy & Operations Lead, you will:

  • Be involved in all things related to R2’s growth in partnerships, working right hand for the Head of Growth and interacting frequently with the CEO
  • Help develop and maintain our CRM
  • Optimize our sales and outreach playbook; elaborate and elevate pitch strategies
  • Strategize with the Head of Growth on how to approach and win over key new Partners
  • Be involved in partnership negotiations, onboarding, and relationship success; elaborate business plans and put in place processes to track and achieve them
  • Work cross-functionally and coordinate across the organization, with teams like Product, Risk, Data, and Finance, to bring our Partners exceptional solutions and attention
  • Aid the Head of Growth in building out the Growth team and structure

Who you are

  • Above all, you are looking for a challenge, are a quick-learner, and have vision and perspective to understand the big picture of what we are creating
  • You can build from scratch and can be relied on to execute
  • You are very organized and can create organizational systems
  • You are resourceful and inventive
  • Have 4+ years of experience in a Sales/Growth role at a high-paced company, or in a premier Strategy Consulting role.
  • You are passionate about business strategy
  • You are fluent in English & Spanish
