Small and medium businesses (SMBs) make up over 90% of companies in Latin America, yet they face a trillion-dollar credit gap. Our mission is to unlock SMBs’ potential by providing financial solutions that are tailored to their needs. We are reimagining the financial infrastructure of Latin America - where SMBs financial needs are satisfied without ever having to go to a bank.

R2 integrates with payment processors, POS systems and marketplace apps in Latin America to embed tailored financial services that SMBs can then leverage. We are a tight knit team coming from organizations such as Google, Nubank, McKinsey & Co., Mercado Libre, Globant, JP Morgan, Clip, and WeWork. We are backed by world-class investors such as General Catalyst and Y Combinator, among others.

We integrate with some of the largest technology platforms (payment processors, POS systems and marketplace apps) in Latin America and embed tailored financial services that SMBs can then leverage. As a Head of Growth, we’re looking for a leader who will be focused on increasing the amount of capital we deploy across partnerships, growing our partnerships and finding new ones.

What you’ll work on:

  1. Lead team consisting of Marketing, Partnerships, Sales and Growth Leads to optimize conversions, while constantly increasing the number of partners/customers
  2. Develop growth playbooks for each type of partnership, considering our access to data and communication channels
  3. Supervise the creation of content explaining the product for all partner and market verticals (ads, mailings, videos, blog posts, etc.)
  4. Leverage channels such as mailings, push-notifications, social media, blog posts, WhatsApp, etc. to drive conversion
  5. Liaise with product/tech team to adapt our content & strategies as the product evolves
  6. Establish KPIs, analyze results of campaigns, and present findings to team
  7. Work with Product team to design the customer journey for each partnership
  8. Assist in building and monitoring results in CRM and retargeting tactics
  9. Assist in making sure all marketing & customer support tools communicate R2’s offering properly

Who you are:

  1. 5+ years of experience in growth marketing
  2. Data-driven, obsessed with metrics and testing
  3. Motivated self-starter, with a bias for action, who thrives in a hyper-growth environment
  4. Knowledge of growth marketing channels & tactics
  5. Passionate about fintech in Latin America
  6. Experience in B2B with “end-user” angle is a plus
  7. Demonstrated success in roles that are partner-facing with understanding of how to drive business through the partner ecosystem is a plus
