Founding Account Executive (Mid market, Remote)
About the role
We're looking for a designer sales teammate who can not only help us shape our sales growth, and team culture, but also shape the company itself.
Responsibilities:
- Manage prospects from lead generation to onboarding. That includes everything from prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and successful deal closures.
- Clearly articulate and demonstrate our value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with customers. (most of our prospects expand into bigger contracts so relationship building is a must)
- Maintain weekly sales forecast and achieve quota monthly.
- Run and implement a 14 to 21 day pilot program
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of relevant selling experience, bonus if you have sold to technical buyers (Head of Eng/ Product / CTO).
- Previous SaaS and enterprise software experience.
- Previous outbound prospecting experience.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced dynamic startup environment.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Comfortable selling to and navigating through multiple decision makers in an organization.
