About the role

We're looking for a designer sales teammate who can not only help us shape our sales growth, and team culture, but also shape the company itself.


  • Manage prospects from lead generation to onboarding. That includes everything from prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and successful deal closures.
  • Clearly articulate and demonstrate our value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with customers. (most of our prospects expand into bigger contracts so relationship building is a must)
  • Maintain weekly sales forecast and achieve quota monthly.
  • Run and implement a 14 to 21 day pilot program


  • 3-5 years of relevant selling experience, bonus if you have sold to technical buyers (Head of Eng/ Product / CTO).
  • Previous SaaS and enterprise software experience.
  • Previous outbound prospecting experience.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced dynamic startup environment.
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Comfortable selling to and navigating through multiple decision makers in an organization.

Recall is the universal API for meeting bots. We offer a unified API to capture data from meeting platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet. Over 100 companies rely on our API today to process millions of hours of meeting data. We provide stable infrastructure that typically takes engineering teams 6+ months of time to build, and help our customers get up and running in days instead of months.

We consist of an excellent team of engineers, and so far have absolutely crushed it with founder-led selling and have partnered with companies such as, Outplay, Grain, Rewatch and more. We were part of the YC Winter 2020 batch, raised our seed round, and have amazing traction with several years of runway. We’ve experienced rapid growth in 2023, and are looking to bring on the next 2 core members of our founding team:

  1. A designer sales teammate who can not only help us shape our sales growth, and team culture, but also shape the company itself.

  2. An infrastructure-focused backend engineer who can not only help us scale our existing 10,000+ CPU cluster, but also help build a great API our customers will love using.
