Reforged Labs builds AI agents that help mobile-game marketers create, test, and scale winning ad creatives. The Role
We are looking for a driven Account Executive to build and run our outbound sales for smaller and mid-sized gaming customers globally. You will own the top of the funnel, run outbound campaigns, qualify leads, and close deals. This is perfect for someone who wants to grow into a full-cycle AE and eventually mentor others.
What You Will Do
- Prospect and qualify outbound leads through email, LinkedIn, and cold calls
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of indie to mid-sized gaming studios and publishers
- Manage pipeline and CRM hygiene
- Communicate with prospects, conduct product demos, and close deals independently
- Work closely with product and GTM to iterate messaging and tactics
What We Are Looking For
- 1 to 3 years experience in a B2B SaaS SDR, BDR, or AE role
- Experience in outbound sales; comfort with cold outreach
- Familiarity with CRMs and other Sales Ops tools (e.g. Hubspot, Clay, Apollo, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working independently in a startup environment
- Grit, self-motivation, and a love for figuring things out
- Legal right to work in the United States, Singapore, or Vietnam
Nice To Have
- A passion for gaming, startups, and AI
- Experience selling to or working in the gaming industry
- Previous experience in a startup or as an early sales hire
