You'll have the exciting opportunity to shape our content strategy and collaborate closely with our product and design teams to enhance user experiences. Your responsibilities will include producing top-tier written and video content, managing our educational platforms, and engaging with the broader community through forums, live events, and webinars. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of technical writing experience, preferably in a SaaS startup environment, and be adept at navigating ambiguity while delivering results. If you're ready to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for driving user engagement, we want to hear from you! Apply now and embark on an exhilarating journey with us.

Your responsibilities:

  • Build best in-class content This includes written and video guides, help documentation, webinars and livestreams, product trainings and onboarding, and more. Ever watched Notion or Figma’s youtube tutorials or learning centers and thought, “Oh these are really well made”? You’ll be in charge of this.

  • Manage our community and user education The more you can own this the better. Everything from content to information architecture to design to onboarding tours to email campaigns. Everything that has to do with getting the thousands of users that sign up every month to get value out of our product.

  • Manage freelancers and scale our resources Manage freelancers and eventually a team to scale production. You are the first hire for this team and we expect this team to grow over time.

  • Work very very closely with product/design Provide continuous feedback to the product and design team on how to improve our user experience. If you’re able to take on projects directly, that’d be +1 since we have 1 PM and 1 product designer. You will be our eyes/ears on the ground on 10x-ing the product.

  • Drive user research & insights You'll talk constantly to users, conduct user interviews, host webinars to understand what they want to do with Replo and the content that’ll help them make it possible.

  • Manage our community Today, there are thousands of freelancers working on Replo. Manage our Slack community of 2000+ users, distribute content, do content collaborations with other partners. Our team is small but mighty, and you’re expected to make sure everything we do is leveraged.

  • You should be comfortable working with sourcing and managing contractors to get things done fast. This involves editing, admin work, etc. The work you do should be super-leveraged at a small startup.

  • You should have a fundamental understanding of basic web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) and an ability to learn quickly. Our product can be complex but we expect you to learn it front to back.
