Build the last frontier of Marketing tech.

We're looking for a detail-oriented and process-focused operations associate help us automate internal processes, manage software implementation, and project management critical activities across the entire company.

Resquared (W21) launched the first lead generation platform specifically designed specifically to reach local businesses. Our clients are saving time, generating more leads, and serving local businesses with higher quality products.

We're a profitable, fast-growing startup in need of talented & hungry team members to reinvent how small businesses buy products.

Our team is led by experienced founders who have successfully built and sold technology to blue chip clients like Procter & Gamble, Subway, Bojangles, Colgate, KellerWilliams, CBRE, Colliers and Ford.

Who We're Looking For

An action-oriented operations associate who is extremely competent with learning and implementing new technology. Experience with CRMs, project management software, or operational/internal company software is very valuable for this role.

We are looking for applications who have at least 1 years experience.

We are also building the foundation of our culture. So big hearts, optimism, curiosity, and hunger are must haves!

About the product

Our application performs three primary tasks:

Help our customers reach out to local businesses (email, social media, phone calls). Much of this is done through integrations with 3rd party APIs. Enable clients to track their progress automatically, view reports and analytics based on their activity. Lead them through guided workflows to ensure they are following our best practices. Technology (in case you like to get your hands dirty with code, not necessary!)
