Dentist / Managing Associate

Rinse (S21) is a dental services organization building the next generation of dentistry. We offer a wide range of services including cleanings, exams, and restorations but place emphasis on helping patients avoid needles and drills through prevention and innovative caries therapy.

We're building a new studio in San Francisco and looking for dentists to join the team.

What you'll do

At Rinse, you'll be responsible for the day to day delivery of care, performing dentistry at the highest level with access to state of the art technology and the best materials. This includes:

Leading clinical diagnosis and treatment planning
Supervising and providing direction for a well staffed clinical team
Treating patients, perhaps even cleaning teeth from time to time...whatever it takes to provide outstanding care

What we're looking for

We're looking for a licensed dentist (CA) with 3+ years experience in private practice or at a DSO that is passionate about preventative dentistry, including non-invasive caries therapy and other leading edge techniques.

Requirements:

DDS or DMD degree
Current CPR/BLS certification
Licensed to practice dentistry in the state of California
Minimum 3 years clinical experience in private practice or dental service organization
A leader that thrives in a collaborative and inclusive dental work environment
