About The Role

We’re looking for a scrappy, quantitative demand generation marketer to scale Rippling’s partner marketing engine. From webinars and sponsorships to direct mail and outbound prospecting, you’ll help build a demand generation machine that acquires, activates, and retains partners that refer Rippling to their clients.

Reporting to our Growth Lead, you’ll work very closely with product marketing, sales, operations, brand, and other teams to hit ambitious goals for our channel business.

What You'll Do

  • Work cross-functionally to find the right partners to target: You’ll work with our product marketing and channel teams to find the right partners for Rippling. You’ll use these insights to source account data that fuels your campaigns.
  • Develop and execute campaigns that acquire new channel partners: You’ll manage and execute webinars, direct mail, email, and more.
  • Help activate and engage existing partners: You’ll think of new ways to help partners show the power of Rippling to their clients.
  • Optimize and report on performance: You’ll constantly run new experiments, and share learnings. You’ll dive into Salesforce and Excel to find as many insights as possible from your campaigns.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of demand generation experience that includes optimizing and scaling webinar programs, direct mail, and more. Prior ABM or channel experience is preferred.
  • Stellar writing skills. You’ll be responsible for preparing landing pages, emails, ad copy, and more.
  • Salesforce and Excel chops: You know your way around Salesforce, and can build the reports you need to measure performance. You also have no qualms about diving into Excel when a Salesforce report won’t do the trick.
  • Eager to roll up your sleeves. You’re eager to dive in and execute to hit our goals.
  • Bias to speed. We move very fast at Rippling.

It’s not expected that any single candidate would have expertise across all of these areas—we’re looking for candidates that are particularly strong in a few areas, and have some interest and capabilities in others.
