Your Role: Build and Fuel Rutter's Demand Engine

We're seeking a highly motivated, entrepreneurial Senior Demand Generation Analyst to join our team in New York City. As an early member of our marketing dream team, you'll be instrumental in paving our growth trajectory, crafting strategic marketing plans and ensuring high-quality execution to attain customer acquisition, conversion, and expansion targets.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Architect, launch, and fine-tune data-driven marketing campaigns that build brand awareness, spark demand, and grow sales pipeline across a multitude of channels – think digital ads, events, webinars, and beyond.

  • Build a scalable demand generation blueprint that zeroes in on B2B decision-makers in the dynamic world of commerce and fintech.

  • Leverage technology to streamline, automate, and quantify all marketing tasks and workflows.

  • Dive into market research and analysis, using valuable insights to hone our demand generation strategy.

  • Track, report, analyze, make sense of critical metrics connected with demand generation programs and initiatives.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams - sales, product, and customer success - to optimize the all-important marketing-sales funnel.

  • Design and polish nurturing programs to amplify conversion rates from leads to opportunities.

Who You Are

  • 4-6 years of B2B SaaS demand and lead generation experience

  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (like HubSpot) and CRM systems (like Salesforce)

  • Strong grasp of SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media advertising

  • Outstanding analytical capabilities, centered on data-informed decision-making and in-depth understanding of business context

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

  • A curiosity in technology and an enthusiasm for grasping and articulating complex technical products

  • Proven leadership capabilities and a knack for effective cross-functional teamwork.

If performed in New York, the total cash compensation range for this role is $115,000-$161,000

Rutter is building a universal API for e-commerce platforms, accounting systems and payment processors.

Similar to the financial market before Plaid, the world of business financial data is split across hundreds of platforms like e-commerce storefronts, marketplaces, accounting systems and payment processors, such as Shopify, Amazon, Quickbooks, Netsuite, Stripe and others.

Each of these platforms has its own app store or its equivalent, and the enterprising developer must spend thousands of hours building integrations in order to access the entire market.
