About the role

We're hiring for an Account Executive who's not afraid to get their hands dirty and cultivate their own pipeline, particularly through relationships. We're an early stage startup with crazy traction and a lot of people watching.

The best candidate cherishes relationships and respects blue collar workers. Relies on tools to manage deal flows, particularly Hubspot, and respect startup culture, including the fact that this description is pretty short.

About the interview

Interview 1: Fifteen minute intro with the CEO and deep dive into sales experience

Some examples of questions,

  • Best customer relationships
  • Most memorable rejection
  • Favorite way to find leads
  • Preferred follow up voice

Interview 2: Thirty minute call with the CTO and CEO.

This will be more casual and off the cuff. You can expect questions about your background and possibly some similar questions to your first interview. We will likely want to get to know you on a more personal level because culture, as with most startups, is pretty important.
