🚨 We’re hiring a Full-Stack / Backend Engineer @ Sandra AI (Full-time – Paris, Station F)

At Sandra AI, we’re reinventing how car dealerships handle phone calls.

📞 Every month, dealerships lose business because 30% of calls go unanswered and most leads don’t get followed up.

We’re building voice-first AI agents that pick up every call, qualify leads instantly, and book appointments on the spot — 24/7.

After joining Y Combinator, launching with dozens of dealerships in France and the US, and raising our first round, we’re now looking for a backend engineer to help us scale 🚀

You’ll work closely with the co-founders (ex-McKinsey, Bain, QuantumBlack) to ship fast, own core architecture decisions, and have a direct impact on a live product used by thousands of drivers.

💼 What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience in backend development (Python / FastAPI preferred)

• Comfortable with cloud infrastructure & deployment (AWS / Docker)

• Solid engineering mindset: autonomy, reliability, and a taste for fast shipping

• ➕ Bonus: frontend experience

• ➕➕ Bonus²: passion for voice, AI, or the automotive space
