  • We are backed by Y Combinator, Scott Galloway, Ryan Petersen, Folklore VC and other Bay Area angel investors

We are looking for a Growth Manager who can drive seat sales for our upcoming cohorts. The position could be remote or, ideally, you could come and work with us in our office in Union Square, San Francisco.

Your responsibilities would include:

  • Develop and execute a demand generation strategy for each cohort
  • Master our sales enablement technology (including Apollo, Amplitude and Salesforce)
  • Establish internal processes to optimize conversion - get to the root of issues and blockers and then intelligently implement tools and technologies to get the job done
  • Set a tone of high standards, customer obsession and data driven decision making
  • Analyze, report on and optimize all demand generation programs based on ROI and sales effectiveness

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Prior startup experience (ideally you came in early at a company and helped grow it)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt and think fast - our team is hard working and fast-paced
  • People skills - you will be representing ScholarSite in front of learners, enterprises and instructors - you need to present well and be confident interacting on email and social platforms
  • Confidence to speak their mind if a process can be improved upon
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
