THE ROLE

As the VP of Engineering on a small but growing team, you will help architect our platform strategy. You'll get to work on everything from developing new features, adding enhancements, troubleshooting bugs and directly supporting our clients with technical issues.

In addition to being deep in the code, we're looking for someone who is ready and eager to be a leader of our dev team. You'll be joining us during an exciting period of expansion and you'll help recruit new team members and oversee their work.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be responsible for the platform front-end and backend.
• Create the conventions for code quality, review and development.
• Partner with the leadership team to define the product roadmap, prioritize development enhancements and build the future of Seer.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 8 years of software development experience.
• Track record of delivering high-quality code and shipping changes to production.
• You have worked with and trained junior engineers.
• Curiosity and passion for learning.
• Experience with Javascript and Python.
