SUMMARY
Seer, established with the support of Y-Combinator, Foundation Capital, Global Founders Capital, and SoftBank, invites an experienced Product Designer to our team. Based in Menlo Park, CA, our startup is steadily advancing the way retailers engage and transact with their customers. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape our SaaS platform's customer experience. We value in-person collaboration for its direct impact and efficiency, so this position is based in our Menlo Park office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Product Designer at Seer, you'll be instrumental in crafting the customer experience from the ground up. Your work will span the full design spectrum - from research and wireframing to visual and interaction design, culminating in prototyping that sets new standards. Speed, precision, and a knack for responsive design and component libraries will be your tools to succeed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in product design, especially UX/interaction design.
- Expertise in responsive design, component libraries, and the user-centered design process.
- Ability to manage multiple projects seamlessly, delivering exceptional quality on schedule.
- Skilled in conducting and leading user research, including interviews and focus groups, in collaboration with our customer success team.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a consistently positive outlook.
- Commitment to in-person collaboration in Menlo Park, embracing the opportunity to work closely with a tight- knit team.
