iMessage for Sales
We are seeking a QA Engineer who is passionate about building reliable software and ensuring an exceptional user experience. You will work closely with our product, engineering, and customer success teams to test new features, identify bugs, and maintain the highest product standards.
Develop and execute manual and automated test plans for web applications, CRM integrations, and API endpoints.
Validate new features, improvements, and bug fixes across Sendblue’s platform.
Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like Linear, or similar.
Collaborate with engineers during the sprint cycle to ensure quality is built into every stage of development.
Help improve QA processes, tools, and best practices as Sendblue scales.
Simulate real-world usage of Sendblue integrations with CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, and GoHighLevel.
Perform regression testing before major releases.
Advocate for the end user by raising usability concerns and suggesting improvements.
Sendblue lets businesses send iMessage from inside their CRM.
When it comes to sales, authenticity is everything, and green bubbles aren’t cutting it anymore. In order to get a lead with an iPhone to actually respond to a text in 2025, it HAS to be blue. That’s where Sendblue comes in – we provide a virtual iMessage line directly in a business’ CRM which they can use to message their leads and clients.
