Title: Revenue Enablement Specialist

Role Description:
As a Revenue Enablement Specialist, you will support in the designing, creating and delivering of training, certifications, and sales performance improvement initiatives. In partnership with the Revenue Enablement team, you will coordinate between different departments to ensure alignment of initiatives with the company’s objectives and goals.
You will need to be genuinely passionate about sales, have an attitude of constantly striving to get better and have a passion for supporting the buildout of organizational and scalable capabilities whilst identifying process improvement. You will need to do so while remaining humble and focused on our mission of bringing best in class logistics to our customers.

ShipBob believes in transparency while providing a competitive total compensation package with a pay for performance approach. The expected base pay range for this position is $45,264 - $75,441.
