Must have impressive experience with NextJS. Tech stack: NextJS, FastAPI, Supabase, and AWS. You’ll be building ai sims for healthcare education.

We’re getting an intern house and looking for smart technical people who want a chance to prove themselves and potentially join full time as a founding engineer or just work on cool shit with cool people in San Fransisco.

What we do:

Healthcare training is stuck using outdated methods that don't really work. SimCare is changing that. We create AI patients for training across both healthcare education and industry. Think therapists practicing on a schizophrenic gpt wrapper or clinicians conducting technical screenings by having applicants talk to a fine tuned deepseek who just had a heart attack_._

We’re reimagining how therapists, doctors, nurses, and clinicians learn, recruit, and grow. That means all the buzz words: RAG, Agents, AI. except instead of slop we’re being used in 50+ institutions by over 3000 learners to increase the number of healthcare workers, drive down the price of seeing a practitioner and make sure your school psychologist actually knows what they’re doing.
