About the role

This is an exciting time to join Sivo, and as our Sales Leader, make a personal difference in how to fund and deliver capital and credit products worldwide. You’ll work closely with leadership, marketing, design, product, risk, and capital teams to grow ARR to $100M over the next two years.

This role is critical to Sivo’s near term success and you will report to the Chief Executive Officer.

You will:

  • Develop the B2B sales / revenue function (Sales, Customer Success) in collaboration with Leadership and
  • Marketing (Messaging & Positioning, Demand Generation, Partnerships).
  • Scale ARR to over $100M over the next two years.
  • Build optimized and repeatable sales processes and playbooks.
  • Work directly alongside the CEO, CPO/Co-Founder and CMO to evolve the go-to-market strategy & best practices.
  • Own sales incentives and compensation.

  • A proven people and operational manager. You can manage HR and budgeting responsibilities for a team as well as motivate and develop a team to achieve high performance.
  • You set the goals and priorities of the team and provide mentorship and support.
  • Highly organized and articulate. You work at a fast pace and know what's going on across the business.
  • You can clearly articulate both the business priorities and how the team will support company objectives. Data driven with excellent analytical and project management skills.

You have:

  • Successfully taken a company from strong product market fit to over $100M ARR enroute to an exit.
  • Set the vision and aggressively built an early-stage B2B GTM function while implementing best practices and developing GTM strategy and Sales processes.
  • Strong track record of successfully finding, landing and retaining customers.
  • Experience in collaborative sales focusing on solving customer pain points and earning trust long after the initial sale.
  • Knowledge of how to achieve results in an early-stage sub-50 headcount environment.

Nice to haves:

  • Experience growing a sales organization in FinTech, credit, and/or lending.
  • Experience growing a sales organization in SaaS.
  • Multilingual is a plus (we work with originators around the globe). Familiar with working on a remote or distributed team. It's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus.
