About the role

Over the last few years, Slite has achieved remarkable success in building a truly exceptional product, establishing ourselves as the first knowledge base on autopilot. We have positioned ourselves strongly in the market, which sets the stage for further growth and success.

Now we need to fine-tune our GTM strategy to proactively fill our sales pipeline with more high-quality opportunities. Our aim is to attract and convert these prospects into additional revenue.

As the Growth Marketing and Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in this mission. We are seeking an individual who can harness our exceptional product and market positioning to drive growth πŸš€

What's my mission?

Slite is seeking an exceptional individual contributor to join our team as a Growth Marketing & Sales Manager. As a key member of our GTM team, your role will encompass various responsibilities, including driving customer acquisition, optimizing conversion rates, and driving successful sales. This unique opportunity allows you to shape the future of Slite and have a significant impact on our revenue and our success.

In this role your responsibilities will include:

Growth

  • Drive customer acquisition through impactful lead-generation initiatives.
  • Test and experiment with growth strategies, channels, and tactics to fill the sales pipeline.
  • Optimize conversion rates through A/B testing, landing page optimization, and lead nurturing.
  • Utilize data analytics and CRM insights to inform data-driven growth strategies.
  • Foster collaboration and alignment across teams.

Sales

  • Conduct product demos and qualification calls with qualified leads.
  • Nurture leads through regular communication, follow-ups, and providing recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and lead status in the CRM system.

What we value?

  • Previous experience in growth marketing for an underdog SaaS B2B company (2+ years)
  • Skilled in cost-effective lead generation across multiple channels including but not limited to SEO, PPC, Outreach
  • Results-focused with a growth mindset, driven to generate leads, close deals, and create opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills in English with customer-facing experience, ideally in sales.
  • Data-oriented, tracking KPIs and analyzing insights for informed decision-making.
  • Proficient in growth and marketing tools (AI is a plus)

Nice-to-have:

  • Proficiency in additional languages.
  • Growth/sales ops experience.
  • Familiarity with no-code/automation.
