Snapdocs is looking for an Executive Assistant! This high impact role is an opportunity for you to contribute your organizational and innovative prowess to the success of our executive leaders and company. We understand that delivering great products to our clients starts with creating an amazing work experience for our team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the foundation for our expanding office culture and identity and to help us scale it for the future.

In this role you will provide administrative and project management support for our CEO & President, which will include handling extensive calendar management and travel planning for both internal and external meetings, as well as preparing and processing expenses. You will partner with internal stakeholders on projects, initiatives and events as well as provide long-term planning support and scheduling activities. You will be supporting our executive leadership team and you will be reporting to our Chief of Staff. 

Our ideal candidate has 4-5 years of work experience as an executive assistant supporting C-Level Executives. You must be extremely adaptable to the ever-changing needs of a fast growing technology company, and be able to work flexibly in terms of responsibilities and responsiveness. You have experience maintaining a sense of professionalism and have used your sharp business judgment as well as your ability to see "big picture" to prioritize executive needs, while working independently, yet asking for help when necessary. Above all, we want an empathetic, resilient, and innovative person to contribute lasting positive effects to our team. 

Colorado applicants: This role pays $90,000 - $115,000 annually plus equity in the company (pay for other locations may vary).
