At Snapdocs, we are on a mission to enhance the real estate closing process with efficiency and transparency so that lenders can close their loans sooner and home buyers can move into their dream homes quicker. To help us accomplish this mission, we are looking to bring on a Senior Product Manager to own one of our strategic product goals. You will identify the key problems we should solve, get feedback from key stakeholders, plan a roadmap, and work with Design and Engineering to build innovative solutions. As a Senior Product Manager on the team, you will own and develop the vision and roadmap for high-visibility products that bring simplicity to the home buying process for both settlement agents and customers. You will come in, roll up your sleeves and collaborate with design and engineering to build innovative solutions while thinking creatively about how we can do more with less, set hypotheses, build, measure and learn. You will keep key stakeholders informed on progress towards key goals and release timelines while demonstrating impeccable goal setting and proactive communication. You will be the subject matter expert and develop deep empathy for our users and the challenges they face in order to create experiences that solve real pain points in their lives. 

We are looking for a talented IC Product Leader with 5+ years of experience who has worked on user-facing products. We want someone who can take a high level business or product objective and build out a compelling roadmap and high quality solutions that make a meaningful difference in our users lives, and keep key stakeholders informed. You have a strong understanding of design principles and put emphasis on developing human-centered experiences. You have an ability to define success, iterate on key metrics, and ultimately drive business objectives through exceptional product instincts and have an eye towards data. You have a scrappy, startup mentality and seek ownership of projects you’re working on. Lastly, you thrive off of solving meaty problems with seamless solutions! 

Colorado applicants: This role pays $137,200.00 - $159,400.00 annually plus equity in the company (pay for other locations may vary).
