We're an innovative team taking on the extensive mortgage market, bringing scalable and sophisticated software to a pillar of the US economy that still relies on fax machines and manila envelopes.

Snapdocs is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to help advance the adoption of emerging technology in mortgage banking. You’ll build a field marketing program sought at penetrating strategic target accounts, activating around high-value opportunities, and encouraging our best customers. This is an exciting and challenging role: expect a rapid pace and a lot of change (and a little fun along the way).

You will focus on account-based marketing efforts by collaborating with Sales to plan initiatives personalized to key accounts. You’ll be tasked with generating demand within target accounts by producing content to showcase account-specific experiences through live and virtual events and demonstrations. You will help enable salespeople to close deals by hosting training sessions and developing a library of presentations, videos, blog posts and other sales tools. You will also lead 1st and 3rd party event execution and collaborate with partners and vendors in executing field marketing initiatives. Most importantly, you will define field marketing objectives, KPI’s and goals and use those metrics to evaluate and report on the impact of field marketing programs. 

Our ideal candidate is a strong communicator (both written & verbal) with 2+ years of experience in B2B events, customer, field or other related marketing programs. Proven experience managing project scopes, schedules and budgets is essential for this role. Experience leading a B2B technology sector marketing program is a huge plus. As well as any experience with Marketo, Salesforce and other CRM systems. A detail oriented, versatile and results driven marketing professional will thrive in this role! 

Colorado applicants: This role pays $120,000-$160,000 annually plus equity in the company (pay for other locations may vary).
