We’re looking for someone exceptional to scale our Go backend.

We’re a bit of Minecraft, Discord, and creative chaos thrown together. We believe the most frequented part of the metaverse will live on your phone, and it’ll be called Sonar.

We’re a small team of four with 50 years of combined experience and 7-figures of combined losses in social and crypto. We’ve shipped world-class products at Houseparty, Instagram, Facebook, YikYak, and other top social companies.

We get excited about working with people that look a lot like entrepreneurs: dependable, relentless, and obsessed with the community and product we’re building. We want to be your life-long supporters from your time at Sonar and beyond.

Sonar is built on Go, supports smart contracts, and looks a lot like a game, so it’ll be helpful if you have experience with these.

Most of us work out of a brick and timber loft in South Park, San Francisco but are happy to work with anyone across the globe.
